Parkland - The last course designed by James Braid. Set on the peninsula it has wonderful views of Ailsa Craig, the Island of Arran and beyond.
Times of play
Week-day 9.15am - 12.30pm and 1.30pm - 5.00pm.
Weekends 9.30am - 11.45am and 1.45pm - 5.00pm.
Green Fees
Week-days £20.00 per round £27.00 per day
Weekends £25.00 per round £32.00 per day
A non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per player is required to reserve a tee time.
Location
From Stranraer- follow A718 to Leswalt. Course is situated on the right three miles from the town centre.
Clubhouse
Opened in 1994 the Clubhouse offers full facilities and caters for the disabled. From the first floor lounge bar a view of most of the course can be enjoyed, with a backdrop of Loch Ryan and passing ferries. Catering is available at all time, with hospitality to make everyone feel at home.
Playing Arrangements
It is advisable to check in advance that the tee times are available. Trolleys can be hired. There is no Professional shop but balls, tees, gloves etc, can be purchased.
Handicap certificates may be required.
Signature Hole
Set on the shore of Loch Ryan the 5th hole, Corunna, is one of the most scenic holes in Scottish golf. An accurate tee shot is required to avoid fairways bunkers, followed by a tight approach to a slightly raised green.
