This flat in St. Andrews sleeps up to 4 people and has the most amazing view looking onto the 18th Green of the Old Course and up the 2-mile stretch of West Sands to Carnoustie on the far side of the Tay Estuary.

The flat is small, with 1 twin bedded room, with an en-suite shower. There is a double bed settee in the spacious lounge, which over looks the golf course. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave if you wish to self-cater, although the restaurants are numerous in St. Andrews, there is also a hall/dining room.

Linen is not provided, but obviously if you are travelling a great distance, we will be willing to help you out. During the academic year the flat is let out to students at St. Andrews University.

A deposit of 25% is due when booking, the balance is due no later than 1 month prior to arrival.
