Home of only one of 10 golf clubs established before 1800 it is a parkland course with generous fairways and magnificent views over the Forth. The course is not long (5865 yds) but even so it is remarkable for the small area into which it has been squeezed. A degree of alertness and care is required by an unfamiliar visitor.Superb views south over the Forth Estuary and west to the Ral and Road Bridges.
