    The course is a 9-hole, par 71 and 6,234 yards, it measures as an 18-hole.

    This is one of the oldest golf courses in East Lothian. Willie Watt of Royal Epsom was the designer of this magnificent course after Marquis of Tweeddale bequeathed it to the villagers later in that year. Golf had been played on the courses since 1880s.

    The Speedyburn meanders through the course, and it come into play on four holes. The course is bounded by mature forest with many wooded areas throughout the course.

    Gifford Golf Club welcomes visitors and is a challenging course for all abilities. Visiting parties and societies are welcome, bookings accepted.
