South Cliff golf Club is situated on the south side of this popular seaside resort.
The Club was founded in 1903 and is structured in such a way to offer both parkland and cliff top golf (giving spectacular views) on the same course. It is suitable for all types of golfers, each hole has its own challenges and offers pitfalls and rewards for all handicaps.
In 1979 the Club hosted the World Under 25's tournament which was won by Ian Woosnam.
The Club prides itself on the beautiful old clubhouse full of charm and character, where visitors are always welcome. The Club has a fully stocked bar, with complete catering facilities ranging from sandwiches, bar snacks, three course lunch and evening meals.
