A unique course with tees, fairways and greens in harmony with the contours of the land. Despite its soft, visual appeal the course is not without some of the most challenging holes in professional golf. The course has been restored to its former glory with new tees built, hundreds of mature trees planted and the construction of two beautiful water features on the 7th and 8th holes.
The course has many memorable holes with the famous last four being most talked about. At the 15th the player has to negotiate a stream with their drive, the "dog leg" 16th has a spectacular view and the 17th requires a drive with a long carry to clear the high bank the full width of the fairway. Finally the 18th, now a par 5, has a green on the edge of the water making the "famous four" even more of a challenge.
